Named After Her Majesty.The Queen

Nearly twenty years ago now, my mother introduced me to the big wide world as Elizabeth, named after Her Majesty The Queen.

The Jubilee weekend has been a wonderful celebration of not only The Queen and her reign but of being British. The last four days has filled me with nothing but pride, in watching the people of England come together to celebrate the history of a woman who people around the world look up to and wish they had as a leader within their country.

The build up to the Jubilee weekend has been manic as far as my cupcake business goes, as I am now supplying to a lovely cafe situated by a reservoir with a country park and boathouse.

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend, however you may have celebrated the Queen's Jubilee!
